Adobe.com is the website which has the most plenteous and all-sided information I have visited. It includes the information of its products, the support, the communities, the adobe companies, and the stores. I think not all the people using computers know adobe.com, but they must have ever used its products,for example, adobe reader, flash professional, dreamweaver, photoshop. I myself have used all the above softwares produced by adobe, and I feel good when using them, you know, it's convinient and practical.
what i like about adobe
One of the advantages is you can directly buy things from the site, just like some other online shopping sites. The customers needn't to find other ways to buy the softwares. It saves the customers' time, and i am sure any company which learn to think for the customers can always be successful in the future.
what i don't like about adobe
when i download the adobe reader from the site, I find it's slow; i have been waiting for a long time to enter the download page. I think it is a waste of time. If i have to wait so much long time, i would rather turn to xunlei.com to download the software i need. so maybe adobe should consider improving the speed. 
my experience with adobe
i think adobe company is well known to the public, and actually i am using many products of them inculding adobe reader9 and adobe photoshop. I still remenber the first time when i landed the site, I saw many familar softwares i was using. I cannot express the feeling at that time. I usually download softwares, but i, as a matter of fact, never know much about its website. How shameful!
