www.homedepot.com/opinion Have you ever bought something on the website homedepot.com? Are you
satisfied with their commodities? Do you want to express your opinion
to what you have bought? At present there is a survey organized on the
website homedepot.com opinion. They want to know your response to their
products so that they can provide you with better products and services
in the future.
When you enter the website, you are required to choose your language.
It includes English, French, and Spanish. After choosing your language,
click “continue”, then you will be led to a new page. This time all the
American customers must input the 5-digital zip code and all the
Canadian customers should input 6/7-character postal code of their
residence. According to your choice, a survey may originate
automatically.
The design of the website is simple and clear and all the customers can accomplish their survey without overmuch trouble.
As for those customers who confront some special problems, they
provide a link to help them solve their problems. You can see all these
problems and the solutions on the page of “FAQ”. Although there are
only seven problems presented here, they are typical and there is only
a little possibility for you to meet new problems. If you do have a new
question to which you can’t find a solution on the page of “FAQ”, you
can send an email to them directly. I am sure you will get a satisfied
reply!
So, what are you waiting for? Start your survey at once!

I am writing to tell you that two of your employees from the merrimack NH store gave me excellent assistance. They were knowledgable, friendly, and patient. They went beyond my expectations in checking out what product I should purchase. Their names were Bruce Gianneth and Claude, in hardware.

As you know, today (November 27, 2009) is known as “Black Friday” Day. I started my day at 4:00AM headed to the stores to purchase a 7.5 ft Prelit Tree. I first stopped at Wal Marts, the prices was fair but the trees was to slim, I checked Sears, JCPennys, Lowes and Target to discovered the same problem. I then pulled into Home Depot around 7:00 or 7:10. I was greeted by the greeters and given a sale paper. (Nice). I stared at several trees but I was about to give up until a worker (young man) walked up to me and asked if he can help. I forgot his name but he is a young black man. He explained the different brands, return policy and what sales items (trees) were available. I was not interested in the price of the trees that was not on sale. The Young Man explained to me the number of tips, height, and strength of the tree. I am glad that he convinced me to purchase the 7.5ft tree because it turned out to be the best deal then every where else I shopped during the entire day. It was cold out side but he did not mind loading the tree for me. Excellent service goes out to the greeters, to the cashier that assisted me and especially to the young man that assisted me. Well Done.
Thank You Young Man.
