Some cardmembers of Hrsaccount Costco have told me that it's very difficult to find the right place to pay their bills online. All I want to do is sign up so I can make my costco payment online. I am having trouble finding the proper links to do this. When I called customer service they said I will be asked my account number and zip code. I have not seen that screen.

This is my first and last time at trying to find a connection to pay my bill. This site is filled with so much useless stuff - everything but a direct link to paying my Costco bill. I'm surprised Costco is affiliated with this service. No, I'm disappointed Costco advertises this way to pay your bill! They could take a lesson from many other retail outlets on making it easy for a customer to pay online!

I was trying pay my costco bill online due to delay problems with mailed in pymts. However after reviewing the comments here, i will stick with mail option.It's a shame that costco management does not read their customer's commentary. they apparently want to lose customers, by not fixing this.

Got a call from Costco - they wanted a $58 payment --WHAT!!! I paid my bill on time. "In order to stop the collection calls we need a payment today, which includes August." 

"Can't give you an amount now, have to look at my balances. Can I pay online."

"OKAY."

So I opened my bill which came today. I made my usual payment, but they had upped the amount, so that's why I have a past due of $4, and a **$29** LATE FEE!! Then I can't find where to pay. Boy am I ticked off!! Talk about highway robbery. I have a good mind just to not pay and let it go to collections - what do I have to lose?
