I had trouble as well tried to set up online bill pay thru BOA and it said would be activated within 2 days. My payment was due in two days and they activated it two days after the due date, froze my credit card and dropped my credit limit 10000 dollars to basically max out my card so I can't use it. I told them I was transferring my balances and they waived the late fee but other than that BOA = POS
Don't search for it ... just enter www.myeasypayment.com into your address bar. Searching is the first mistake that you made ... I take that back it's the second, being stupid is the first.

Both BOA and this page need to be streamline... As well as be functional. I got routed to this less than par site when BOA could not process my banking info right away...and the customer service person didn't know when it would be processed...really? really? And I am beyond frustrated with this lackluster site. Grrr.

Everytime I try to use the myeasypayment site to pay my credit caard bill it comes up "we cannot connect to this site" What gives?
