Travel Zoo causes my interest which has a big global travel information company. It has websites in different languages. Even I can use English and prefer Chinese. For people who just know Chinese, travel zoo is a better choice. Some Chinese travel websites are successful in China, but they are not rich in abroad information or communication relationships with overseas hotels. Travel Zoo looks better than them. Here visitors are easy to find good price of hotels, planes and tour information.

The whole webpage are divided into two parts by two different colors which are better to distinguish the different key information the web wants to tell. On the left part is up-dated news about sale tour. On the right is the top news which is like advisement. Here just offers on sale information different from normal reserved website.
Then, it misses the most important function –searching function. How does a tour find what he or she wants from thousands of sale information? All listed are not what the customers want. That is very normal. How many pieces of information can be listed on one time in front of the customers? I calculated there are only
13 pieces of information put on the webpage. They put the items on the left corner arranged by the place names. I click one to open and see the list I don't like. I can not still find what I want exact on the list. Maybe they don't have enough on sale information or source. If it is an advertisement website, it is not bad, people just have a look and travel out of plan. If it is a travel website, it is not good for general travelers as they can not always use the news and ought to check the useful information at times.
The better way for the users is to register their emails to get periodical information timely for travelzoo.com. The company perhaps already thought about the advantage and disadvantage themselves. I suggest they write more advertisement words to attract people’s email information. Move the register place to the top of the website and make it bigger. That is very important for the users. After several times, they will feel tiring to check the travel zoo and miss the good price for their favorite places. The travelers can book the trip by travel zoo? I don't think so. I think they should give a space to write the advice which place is best choice for travels. That is better to give the choice by the users. Travel zoo is like an advertisement website more. If so, it should help the travel agent to sale and charge different prices for their business customers. The sale is the same as important as the visitors.
My favorite point on this website is to get on sale information when I need more sale information. I hope travel zoo can improve and satisfy me more because I seldom find the good price and place at the time I want to go. By the way, travel zoo at least is good idea before I don't know and find the similar one.
