We have been all over this "redemption site" and can't find anything that tells us what we have earned or how to get it.
Your site needs to be much friendlier, big time.

I can't believe I have been a member in the rewards program for so very long and the first time I try to redeem rewards, I get shuffled around like a frisbie. I agree with a lot of other people. This web site sucks big time!!!!!
