I trusted this company with a very large purchase recently. It was a 5/1 arm for 980,000 They told me the rate was going to be 6.875% The closing was a disaster!!! My rate was NOT 6.875% it changed to 7.25%. Not only that but the Wire transfer took HOURS!!
