I just signed up with att in June 08, after 12 years with verizon. Even though i think the reception is better, att's customer service is horrible. When i initially signed up for att service for a family of 4 i only wanted to speed roughly around 150.00 a month, so i made sure we had unlimited texting, but i wanted internet blocked. to my surprise i got a bill for nearly 500.00 in july. I do not need to explain my facial expression, i could have made the commercial where the lady opens her wireless bill and lets out a disturbing sound. I immediately called att and even though i got somewhere with your representative, i am still not satisfied. Why would i chose not to pay for $30 of unlimited internet and pay nearly $370.00 in internet charges. Does Att think Im stupid, if your representative would have did what he was suppose to, my son would not have been able to rack up a charge like that. Att seems to have the mentality just don't do it, well i got noise for you, if you were an alcoholic would you have alcohol in you house????? My philosophy is keep everytthing easy. If there was a block on my account in the first place from internet access, i would not be writing this letter. I am still soooo upset that att did this and still wants me to pay half of their error. I believe att took advantage of me, just logically and ethically when i look at there policy its very disheartening. I will really make sure and i am also going to inquire to our local government, better business bureau, i guess thats why companies get sued by the government because of the way they treat their customers. I am not one to complain but when you rob my pocketbook and steal from my family, i'm pretty po'd. Sincerely linda cosgrove

I have been trying to get on the site where careers is listed, it will not let me do anything. In order to apply for employment here in Evansville, it said to go the the website, which I have done, and yet nothing works on it. Why?
