Account 311719 06 560539 5 On 10-30-09 I submitted a payment to your collection agency in the amount of $3900. The last payment given to me by phone was on Aug 21-08 in the amount of $170.00. Yet the balance given was correct of 0 Dollars. The lady who withdrew $3900 from my bank account told me I would get a letter indicating the balance was paid within 30 days. I have not received that letter. I need a letter from Beneficial stating the the account is paid in full. That can be emailed to elevenson@cfl.rr.com. I look forward to hearing from you ASAP with a written statement that my account is paid.

I was told by our Beneficial salesperson that after paying our mortgage for a year that the payments would go down. After a year when my payments didn't go down I questioned them on this..they are now telling me that i didn't sign up for the program!! I was NEVER told that there was a program we had to sign up for it in order for our account to be lowered. I feel very much lied to. They are refusing to work with me!!
