I used your "trial" membershp and then cancelled after the one use. However I was recently informed my year's membership was up and required renewal. I called and reported the original cancellation and subrquent non-useage and was told that was my bad luck. No offer of recompense in the form of an extention or refund was offered. Under impression I was not a member as I had cancelled the membership I did not use any of the company services and should be offered compensation in the form of service or whatever. At the very least an apology should be offered. If necessary I will report this to the appropriate authorities.

Am still unable to edit "Reminders" and now have three servers.  Ever since you revised the program, have not had success, and you still tell me I must enter acell number but I don't know what that is and your refuse to tell me.  I think youare unable to service iMacIntosh computers, therefore cancel my subscription.

The first of this month, I applied for the 30 day trial membership. I just used it one time and find it is not something I would use. Please CANCEL my membership IMMEDIATELY as I don't want it to show up on my charge card. Thank you.

I have been a member of BM for several years. As of January, 2008, with a change of computer, I no longer can sign in and get on site to send cards. My e-mail has been changed, but I am blocked because of 'cookies'. I have made all the changes (as noted in access) but still no luck. I would like to cancel my membership, although it was just renewed another year this last April. Reminders come through from BM just fine, so i know they have my correct e-mail and info. what to do?

i didn't like any of the cards, and i have just looked everywhere on the website to cancel but i can't, because i live outside of the US.

i clicked the option for other, as i live in the UK, but no one replied, and im still stuck with this account THAT I DO NOT WANT!

i have no had to cancel my paypal account, so you can not withdraw money from it, and i am going to the bank tomorrow to open up a new account. i am also reporting to ofcom, as i have sent several emails, an still no end to this 'free' trial.

this company is absolutly disgraceful and i want my subscription CANCELLED!

after searching the internet for 2 days, i can not find an option for UK users to cancel, so this is my last resort, seeing as the company will not reply to my messages, so if anyone has any solutions please let me know.

I have experienced the same problem with this company and, after reading so many complaints online about them- i decided to file a complaint with the BBB. I would suggest that anyone with similar complaints take the 5 minutes to file the complaint. It's worth it. These types of practices should not be allowed!!!!!!!!!!

If you go to the BBB website- put in your zip code, click on "for consumers". Click on "complaints" along left side bar, click "file a complaint", answer a few questions about where you live, then when it comes for you to enter the company info- enter this phone number (216) 889-5000. It's actually called AG interactive (it has an A+ rating...CAN YOU BELIEVE IT??!!). Then just finish the rest of the complaint filing process.

Blue Mountain ecards are a scam!!! Go online and type in "Blue Mountain complaints" and you will come up with lots of websites where you can read people's comments of how they were taken by Blue Mountain. They will bill you even after you cancel your "free" membership. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM!!!! Even when you cancel, they will bill your card or paypal!!!! Go find out about this greedy, sleezy company.

Having a ridiculous time with the cookie problems. I continue to reset all tools requirements, and get in and send one card, only to have the cookie fiasco rear its ugly face next time I try to send a card....and no e-mail contact for to cancel the service.

i have tried to unsubscribe numerous times within the first few weeks of the trial period--TO NO AVAIL!!! what does it take? by accident i just checked my bank account in the middle of the night and to my alarm you had sent through your fee of $19.95 even tho you had said it ws a free trial for one month and that you would not send in the charge till the end of that month and that i could unsubscribe at any time. i have tried all kinds of ways to unsuscribe from your website. if your charge goes through tonight(now it's pending)i will be overdrawn and incur all kind of charges. please tell me what to do to unsubscribe. i will call the BBB and let my bank handle the situation

I've been attempting to get your company to correct error on sent card over 10 days ago. I get no response and I donot have phone # to reach customer service. I use to have one but it's been diconnected. I f you won't correct this error.....Please cancel my monthly membership and credit my AMEX with my entire cost. This is the 3rd time I get no response re error.
