www cingular com is the official homepage of Cingular Wireless. Known for its slogan, The fewest dropped calls, Cingular is one of the top wireless phone companies. Cingular is owned by AT&T and is the largest cellular phone company in the United States. Cingullar is the att wireless services contract. The acquisition of Cingular by AT&T occurred in December 2006. Today Cingular Wireless has 61 million subscribers. If you go to www.att.com or www.atandt.com you can see all of the AT&T services. The url www.at&t.com will bring you to a server not found screen. The url www.atnt.com is a spam site. As you've probably seen from the commercials, Cingular is now the new at&t.

Here's what I liked about the site:
- It's easy to search for phones. You can search by: camera phones, music phones, prepaid phones, refurbished phones, PDAs/Smartphones, and flip phones.
- Under each of the above tabs they do a great job describing the phone and giving you a price.
- When searching for phones, there is a toolbar to the left that allows you to easily narrow your search options, e.g., international, bluetooth, camera, etc.
- The hompage is simple and clean
- The navigation is consistent: there are four search options on every page: Learn, Shop, Support, and My Account. They did a much better job on this than Verizon.com
- They are upfront about prices and contracts.

What I didn't like about cingular.com:
- I don't have Cingular service, so I'm not sure about the "My Account"page.
- I couldn't find anything that struck me as horrible. The site is really well done.

Recommendation: I would highly recommend this site if you want a Cingular Wireless plan. It's easy to navigate and has a lot of information.

The folks that brought you Exxon/Mobil now bring you an even worse situation. After ripping off customers in Fla. for years and almost destroying another company...AT&T is back to try again. After five years I am leaving to go with Verision, cancelling my DSL with Bell South and going to Vonage for phone service. Already corporate Cingular store fronts are Franchised and mostly empty by prior Cingular ownership standards. What is next...AT&T&Bell South charging for E-mail???? Don't be surprised, you red it here first.
This is the seventh time trying to comuncate with you , I payed my bill and yet you have not yet turned on my phone , I want to know why, and now,!!, I'm not able to see my chilren.

I WAS IN THE TOMS RIVER STORE ON 37 WEST AND THE PERSON THERE WAS VERY RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL. I TOLD HER TO STOP BEING SO SNIPPY TO ME AND SHE SAID YES MY FATHER ALWAYS SAYS I AM. I DO NOT APPRECIATR BEING SPOKEN TO THAT WAY.I LEFT WITHOUT PUTONG MONEY ON MY PHONE AND THEN WENT TO THE ONE ON HOOPER AVENUE AND PAID AND WAS IN AND OUT IN 15 MINUTES THIS IS HOW SERVICE SHOULD BE NOT SOME RUDE OBNOXIOUS PERSEN THERE.

Ok, let m eget this straight, AT&T was turned into Cingular, but now Cingular is now AT&T again, hmm, I was just wondering why the change, ( for the second time), not very happy withthe service, once my contract is up, will be switching to Verizon, Ive been with Cingular ( or AT&T) for about 4 yrs now, not happy at all. SO, if anyone can tell me why the name change, again, itll make me at ease, (maybe) A confused customer.
I'm trying to figure out why my bill jumped so much, 30.00 a month? they went throuth the name change, what are they trying to do? I have 3 phones, family lines.My bill went from 175.00 to 200.00 to 300.00 a month. I started looking at my bills found no overages and the bill jumped that much .

Me and my family have been with this sorry company for 6 years and every year they are getting worse. My wife fly out of the country allot,We called Circular the firs time she was living and they said all she needs is internationl calling so we had that put on and when she cam e back we had a $ 350. phone bill when we call cinguler about it they would not do anything. Then this person said that we sould have gotten the world travler plan so we did. She went to Columbia now we have a $ 700. bill. to say the lessed about this company ( they and all of there coustmer service sucks. As soon as this contract is up we are going to a someone else. This is a very pissed off coustmer.

new condition. I am in Auckland New Zealand, I have noticed the seller to unlock
the phone from at&t network before send it to me. the seller has not done it. now I cant unlock the phone and use it, I need unlock code. is any one that can help me get unlock code? I have all the information of this phone.

I must be one of the few who have had no issues with cingular. My bill is always as expected to be and very detailed.When we started using the cell phone for the first time, we had allot of different questions, at different times. Where I shop, there have been several different store clerks and they have all been the same, professional no matter what we needed or what question we had. I am happy with cingular and I am glad I chose them to do business with. 3 years now-

I have been with Cingular for 10 years. I have been very happy with my services. I have four phones, mobile to mobile, internet services alot of roll over minutes and never seem to finish my minutes. And yes i do have two teenagers that use their phones like crazy!!!!!!! My point is, no matter what phone services people have, if things don't go their way, they have to put that phone service down. Take life like it is, and not for granted......because think about it, some people aren't as fortunate as we are to even have a phone service. I guess i am also one of the lucky ones to have great service with cingular now AT&T.

I really don't like Cingular. You people lied to me.
I use Cingular (AT&T) and have not had any problems. The coverage in our area is generally better than the competitors and I have had very few dropped calls. The secret to keep from having ourageous bills is to choose a plan that corresponds to how you use the phone. Stay within your allotted minutes. If you or the kids text a lot or use data feeds then get a plan that covers these things instead of being charged the high texting rates or data rates when you do not have these in your plan.
how do I change the time to eastern standard time, I thought that was automatic?

we have 5 cingular wireless phones, one for each of our immediate family. the bills we get are outragous! we have national roaming, free, nation to nation, mobile to mobile, and i don't know what else. we can't pay like $1,000.00 monthly. we are not rich and not close to being rich. the boys work and don't come home for over a month when they leave for their jobs. we like to keep in touch with our family and it is way too high. i feel that cingular is taking advantange of us. PLEASE HELP US/Thanks
