Citicards.com is a website dedicated exclusively for citicard products and dealings. Citicards is a part of the Citigroup Inc., one of the top financial services in the world. The company boasts of nearly 200 million customer accounts and operates in around 100 countries all over the world.
The homepage is done in blue and white and is easily navigable. The design and layout of the details deserves mention in that the options and categories are very clear and concise. The website brings credit card purchase and dealings right at your fingertips. Finding the credit card suited to you is very easy and direct here. All you need to do is to indicate your preferences from the two rows in the header bar. The ‘Find the Perfect Credit Card' option, asks you firstly who you are: General Consumer/ Small Business Owner/ College student and secondly what you are looking for: travel reward cards/reward cards/Intro Purchase APR etc. The third row will automatically display what all cards are available within your preferences.
The cards available will be displayed in an exclusive page by themselves. The blue and green tabs given below has ‘apply now' and ‘quick facts' given clearly. In order to apply for any of the given cards, you need to register and be a member of the site. If you are already a member, you can go directly to your account from the home page itself and access various details like statements, account transfer etc.

There is a problem with their site today. To make a payment call the number on the back of your card and they will do away with the fee.

Have 2 Citi creditcards. Yesterday i finished attaching an id and password to them. A test-run indicated everything was ok. Today, the Citicard website doesn't recognize my id and/or password. Speaking to 2 Citi trouble-shooters was useless. The first one couldn't help and referred me to the next echelon; a friendly and patient lady in India, I think, who couldn't understand me nor I her. A very frustrating time trying to pay online. Same problems as everyone else. I don't NEED this card nor the time wasted trying to pay my bill. Do I dare try the 800 number on the card? Only if I have an entire day to waste trying to understand and be understood by an off-shore room of underpaid individuals who probably don't even understand the concept of a credit card. Goodbye Citicard.

Altho I have always had trouble "finding" the page to check and/or pay my acct., today I cannot even access my acct.. i am "rejected" with each attempt that my user name or password is not recognized by HUB. What is Hub and why, in spite of several attempts, will it not accept my "sign in". (I have never changed them). Citi,--you need an update on your page(s)!!

I am trying to pay my bill and it is a hard time finding where to go. Now I have to mail my payment in and it is going to be late and guess who is going to be responsible for it.. Yes, me... It is not right. I been with citibank for so long and i still have to pay for there mistake.. The payment is in the mail.. If your system do not work correctly then u need to get it right.. Do not fault the people if it is u, that is what stop law suit.Your know your are wrong correct it and show respect to the people and wavie the few if your computer is down.. Just think about it.. You make it awfully difficult to make payments online. Surely you could have an easier login. I have been at this internet cafe for over half an hour trying to find a login. Sheesh! I thought this online business was to make life easier.

I can't even REGISTER my card, much less make a payment. When I enter my account number, it says that CITI does not recognize it. How funny, it sure did recognize my account number when I used the card to make purchases and when they generated a billing statement. I pay all my bills online, so this is a major inconvenience to me, I won't be using this account anymore. T(his is one of the accounts that was opened without my knowledge by converting my inactive Macy's card to a CITI card.)

You keep calling me when I'm not home, and tell me to call you back. Then the people I talk to don't know what I'm calling about....I'm not sure that I know why. I will be home tonight, Tuesday, February 27th should you wish to try me again. I'm not using my credit card, so it is locked and put away. I do intend to make a $50 payment today. This is regarding your offer of rewards in selected amounts. It looks as if a person earnded these and that you have the opportunity to buy selected itmes useing this voucher with the determined amount noted on the face of the voucherl. in essence this is a scam to get you to purchase these items that do not have a real listed price point but that you could buy them with this voucher for $9.97 each, but this is not the case . The voucher is what you would save if you purchased the items., but it doesn't show what each item retails for.
I bring this before you because I feel it is a scam to get you to buy something under belief that you can use the voucher as a payment.

I can't figure out which website to even go to. I type in "Citicards" along with "View Summary" or "Pay My Bill" and it becomes a monumental task. This has been going on ever since I started with a Citicard. I am thinking about changing credit card copanies. ABSOLUTELY FRUSTRATING!!!
this is the most ridiculous sign in I have ever encountered. I have been a citicard user for several years and for the past six months I have been unable to access my account though none of my info has changed. I struggle on a monthly basis to pay my account online. In the past 2 years, I have been able to pay twice. Additionally, when I call to pay, depending on whom I am talking to, I may have to fight to get them to waive the fee of paying over the phone. I agree with DOC CITI.Card has the worst system of payment and customer service. I am paying my bill off and reactivating my VISA!
