Disneyland Amusement Park, also known as The Magic Kingdom and one of the most famous places on Earth, is located in Anaheim, California next to Disney's California Adventure Park. www disneyland.com is its official homepage. Disneyland opened to the public on July 17, 1955 and has since had over 515 million patrons.

Walt Disney and his brother, Roy Disney, dreamed of a permanent family fun park unlike the roaming carnivals of the day. Walt Disney's original concept was a Mickey Mouse Park that grew into an idea that is today comprised of eight distinct "lands". At the end of Walt Disney's life he dreamed even bigger and started work on Disney World.

See below for my review of www disneyland com.

If you're interested in other theme parks: Sea World, Six Flags or Disneyworld, I wrote a few articles about them too; or check out Disney Parks, Disneyland Hotel, Disney on Ice, Disney Cruises, and Playhouse Disney. Thanks for reading!

"To all who come to this happy place – welcome. Disneyland is your land. Here age relives fond memories of the past and here youth may savor the challenge and promise of the future. Disneyland is dedicated to the ideals, dreams and the hard facts that have created America… with the hope that it will be a source of joy and inspiration to all the world."

Walter E. Disney, July 17, 1955

The Many "Lands" of Disneyland

Main Street, U.S.A, everyone's hometown as Walt Disney liked to say, welcomes you to the magical world of Disneyland. The train can take you on a 1.5 mile loop through Frontierland, Toontown and Tomorrowland.

You can post this comment if you really want to. Hint: Get plenty of backlinks to this site, get to at least the second page of google, and watch traffic explode.

The official Disneyland website had at one time the estimated number of visitors and which attractions would be closed -- way in advance. The best time we found to visit Disneyland was a rainy weekday in the winter;p it was practically deserted. Californians think a few drops of precipitation means that you have to stay indoors. Bring an umbrella and have the park to yourself!

Great advice, George. Crowds can be a big deterrent! Thanks!

Go social bookmarking, there are over fifty different sites out there. Ask Paul about the "AOL Data", and check out some sites you might think could be getting traffic. Do a little, but not a lot of anchor tagging with the keyword you want (see google bomb, but be careful not to overdo it and trip some "spam" filter or make it obvious enough for one of the thousands of google techs to catch). :) Cute kids.

Hi!

i just wanted to say that i really didn't like the change Disneyland made on space mountain. i liked the music but i didn't like how you made it so you could see where you where going, it seamed a lot slower and not as fun. i think that you should keep the music but lose the whole rock concert thing. it was way funner when you just had the stars and you couldn`t see where you where going. me and my friends really didn't like it, and i know a lot of other people didn't either.

thanks

THE THING THAT MAKES IT JUST WORTH IT IS THE FIREWORK SHOW. I EVEN GO TO DOWNTOWN DISNEY JUST TO GO SEE THE SHOW. =)

to whom it may concern: my niece performed in the tune town parade on Feb 5, 2008. we were willing to pay the entrance fee even if it was for 2 hours, when I commented that we had only gone to see my neice perform in the parade, the box office clerk told me that there wasn't a parade that day. I was disappointed but happy that we didn't spend the money. I later found out that there was indeed a parade and we all misseed my neices performance, I was upset and I spoke to the box office supervisor and all she would tell me was the clerk followed the"bible " for their department which is the daily schedule so there was no one to blame. I'm very disapointed that I wasted time along with several family and friends. thank you
