I am very upset over how you charge a late fee. I told the people at Yamaha that I could make my payments the second week of every month. My check comes in every month on the second Wednesday of the month. Sometimes its before my due date and sometimes its after. I promise to make my payments as soon as I get my check. My father in law passed away last month, my payment was 2 or 3 days late, you charged me $39.00 dollars late fee. I paid this month on time but you charged me again, Its not fair that I get charged a late fee when I specified that my pays are always close to the due date. I am retired and my wife has MS, these late fees are killing me. I wish someone could understand my situation. Like I said, I promise to make the payment as my check arrives. Its not fair to be charged if i am 1 or 2 days late. I cannot make my payments if my check is not here, i specified this before I made the deal. Please let me know if you can help me with this. I can't keep paying these late fees.

Thank You,

Larry G. Lenzi
