What I like about gmail or googlemail:
- It's simple and easy to use
- It's free to sign -up
- There's a lot of storage for heavy mails, i.e., picture or video emails
- It's simple to mass select, e.g., select all emails and delete
- It's really easy to chat and navigate the site
What I didn't like about gmail:
- I think the "reply", "reply to all", and "forward" functions should also be at the top of the mail and on the inbox page. Presently they are at the bottom of the mail.
- Overall, gmail is very simple to use and I would recommend the site and service.

I love gmail but there are some issues I have with it. Sometimes it takes forever to send messages or it won't send them at all. When I first got gmail I was able to send several songs in one message to another gmail account. Now, for some reason it won't let me do that. Sometimes I can't even send large photos. The other thing, is I wish it had cute little faces and stuff for the email messages like yahoo has. Not a big deal. Overall I love its organization, easy search and built in chat.
Rony- there IS file management in the form of "tagging." What's great about tagging is you can put more than one tag on a message whereas you can't put a message in more than one file. In my hotmail I would organize folder's by people's names which is unnecessary with gmail because you can search by sender (by clicking show search options). I like to tag stuff by functionality. For example: pictures, work, school, humor. ONe message can be from work and have pictures and be funny so it gets all three tags. See Rony, gmail is cooler cause tags are way better than folders.
