I am A first time user. I just wanted to try the online banking services offered by Hancock Bank to access my accounts with them. This site sends you around the net without ever getting where you need to be. It was a WASTE of my TIME, which I have very little of!
This is one of the most useless sites I have ever seen, and after 35 years in the computer business I have seen a lot! Whoever agreed for this to be the "official site" of Hancock bank certainly has an ulterior motive.

When I try to find a way to order checks from this website, you link me to nothing that is obviously useful. I think Hancock looses business from this website that links to everything BUT what your customers are looking for --- YOU ARE SO BUSY SELLING EVERYONE ELSE A LINK, THAT I CANNOt Do BUSINESS WITH YOU IN A TIMELY and EFFICIENT MANNER.
