What is www.hrsaccount.com/bestbuy really about? It's the official website of .Best Buy Credit Card Account Management. The website is hostedby HSBC's retail services group, also known as HRSACCOUNT.
Finding the right place to access their account is very difficult to BestBuy Hrsaccount cardholder. I have got plenty of their comments:

Once again I try to pay my Costco card. Once again I am not able to sign in or find where to do so on their web site because, once again the address has been changed to Yet another company. To begin with, I couldn't enter my account number or zip code.
Why even bother posting this site or having it printed on the account statement?

thanks to Patrick I was able to get on and pay my bill after folowing his advise
Seems to be a Marketing scam - I had to call in and get help and then they try and sell you idenity protection plan or other extra things. This should work from the get go I put in hrsaccount.com and left off the /bestbuy like they told me then that took me to the same sight but worked that time with them on the phone! Marketing sell scam???????? I hope not but this seems wired to me!
I too havn't been able to pay my bill on line. called various numbers and got switched always to a menu that could not help me. I am mailing my payment in and if i get charged a late fee, the attorney general will be hearing from me.
this site i rediculous...I just want to pay my bill on line easlily like all the rest of the credit card companies do!

Do not google www.hrsaccount.com or go.hrsaccount.com/bestbuy you have to type it in the address bar at the top of the screen or it won't take you to the right place(i.e. here)hope this helps someone. don't feel bad i did the samething and thought i should come back and post a comment.
