• Lifestyle: Chat with other Nascar fans, message boards, fan clubs, etc
• Auto Service: powered by MapQuestfind auto service near you
• Nascar games
• Members Club-$84 a year
• Buy Nascar merchandise at their store
• TrackPass-$5 a month

What I liked about www NASCAR com:

• The site is easy to navigate with a top toolbar that is almost always constant
• It's easy to find information on drivers and races
• There is a ton of information about Nascar and racing, more than you could ever even read.
• There's video, audio and text news
• There is a countdown to the Daytona 500 on the homepage, a bit too large of an image, but still fun.

What I didn't like about www.nascar com

• There is a lot going on with the homepage; It's really long and could have been condensed.
• When you click on the sign-up page for the Members club or Track Pass, you leave the standard template. It doesn't make much sense to have the navigation bar disappear when all of the other pages keep the top toolbar. Plus, you can't even get back to the homepage without typing the url in the address bar.
• There are WAY too many images. It is visually overwhelming
• Because there are so many images, the loading time is too long; this site would be painful for those that still have dial-up, but then again web serving in general is painful for those with dial-up

Recommendation: The site has a ton of information about Nascar races and its drivers and teams. The site is easily navigable and designed for the Nascar fan. I couldn't think of any more information that they could provide. However, it's visually overwhelming and slow.

Rating: I would give the site an 8 out of 10. If the homepage was better, it would have received a 9.
