I received a letter in the mail to refinance my current mortgage with Suntrust Morgage. I called 800-336-1197 and 877-648-8753 and I get a recording asking for my parties extension number. There is none on the letter, however, the letter is signed by Cecilia Ramos. How do I get in touch with someone without an extension number? My home number is 702-454-3356. Please get back to me. Loan officer Tammie Homonek was great from start to finish, friendly, and very knowledgable, and informative of her profession. She answered all of our questions, therefore giving us a clear understanding of the loan application process, which allowed my husband and Ia clear understanding.
