customer service they didn't have any.Called up they cancel credit card becuse I wasn't using it .Had credit card check that was good until 11/24 they cancel account on the 11/14 and recived letter on the cncelation on 11/25.BAD BUSINES. Been a customer from 1998.I have alot of account's and mortage with chase. going to close all account with WAmu and tomarrow moving everythng to Bank of American!!!!

to drenckhahn you should be careful with bac. i transferred a balance to my bac card and they took it upon vthemselves to issue me credit life ins at 80.00 dollars a month and then stonewalled about cancelling it. they have now charged my account with 160.00 dollars and wont even discuss it with me.
