QUESTION I am thinking about retiring and would like to know what type of programs you have to offer as far as retirement accounts and do you have branch locations in the Las Vegas Nevada area?

Today I tried to find out why I cannot go by the name my account was set up in, Sharon Foster-Wray, or Sharon Dell Foster-Wray, it was useless. The person, Romana got angry, upset, ask if I want to take my business else where, why would she get upset? Also, they are using the name, Sharon Dell Wray, I want every statement to use the name, Sharon Dell Foster-Wray as I opened it. Can you tell me why it would offen a bank representative when you advertise "we have identity protection".?

Recently I have opened credit account with Wamu, its really horible. First of all it gave me $2000 credit limit with 0%apr for 6 months with purchases and balance transfer. I made 2000 balance transfer. After that it charged me finance charege and more than that it charged me overlimit charge too. I am surprised about this matter and I have complained too but nobody is trying to understand and they said its valid charges. After that I paid all dues and closed credit accout, but its still not leaving me alone. They said my account is closed on that day when I paid all my dues but they are still incresing charges . I want to get rid of Washington Mutual. Can someone help me?
