I called about a credit card concern and I got a person from India. I do not want to talk to a person in India, I want to speak to an American. I made this request and was told I could not be transferred and if I wanted to speak to anyone it had to be this person. I don't want to speak to someone in an outscourced country but one in which I live and where I can understand the person I am speaking to.

I have contacted the attorney general for the state of Missouri on this company. A fraud was committed on my account and they would not do anything but keep on billing me for this fraud. Have written numerous letters to no avail.

I made my paymnet online 08/01/09 (due date) but it was not posted until 08/02/09 - I have been hit with a late fee and threatened with an over the limit fee. Also, at the time I made my payment online, I requested to change my due date to the 5th or 6th of each month, not just because I wanted to but because I have changed jobs and do not get paid until the last day of the month. I received my statement in the mail on 08/10/09, was my due date changed NO WAY. I called and was told sorry but it had to be done before the statements went out. I made the request before the statements went out. I will be reporting this to the better business bureau first thing tomorrow morning. I will also contact the WV State Attorney General's office.
