We would like to recognize the cabin crew on Flight 925 flying from Akron-Canton to Orlando on Oct. 18, 2007. My husband left his bi pap breathing machine in the trunk of our car and attempted to call our friend to bring it back to the airport. We were already boarded on the plane when he discovered that it was missing. He did not have his glasses with him and could not read the number on his cell phone. The attendants dialed the phone for him twice...they gave him extra special service on the flight because they knew he was upset at not being able to get his machine on the plane. They were courteous and kind to him and made him feel comfortable. Our flight home was on Oct 27, 2008, from Orlando to Akron-Canton on flight 207. The staff there was super! It was so nice to be able to hear the pilot speak above the engine noise..He told us what area we were flying over several times and that was so interesting! The flight attendants were so upbeat and also courteous. You can be proud of the men and women on the flights as they offer the best customer service on any airline. This is why we always travel Air Tran to Florida two or three times a year. Thank You!
How do I make reservations using free roundtrip passes from airtrans given for late flights over the summer?
I have been trying to check in for my boarding passes, but it keeps saying "session has expired" even though I have only been on for less than a minute. I am within 24hrs before my flight. I have made numerous attempts, all with the same results. I am a business traveller trying to minimize my aggrivation at the airport. My first time trying Air Tran. I sure hope your planes work better than your web page.
I have been trying to get my boarding passes for a flight at 6:10pm on 2/6/08. I started at 8pm last night and as of 7:15am today your server is still busey, You may need to look at your web page.
I look at your rates to fly from atlanta georgia to buffalo new york on march 17 2008 and I find Spring time deal @ $79, I try to book and it comes up at 300+> What is Wrong. Need Help.
My husband and were to fly to Arizona on Feb.12,2008.We got our boarding pass on line and we were to leave from gate c4,we were there by 7:00am and were to leave at 9:30,we sat there till 9:10 and relized they weren't putting up Arizona flight. We asked an attendent and she told us we were in the wrong concourse tney had changed it to dconcourse. We took off running but we didn,t make it ,so were stuck in the airport till 6:00p.m.that night. I would like to know why when we checked in they did not change in on our boarding pass. I feel they should have called it to our atention. We missed one whole day of our vacation because of the mix up. I feel we shoul be compensated for this.
this is the worst airline i have ever been on. i will never fly it again. they bumped me from the flight because i had my dog with me and they overbooked the number
of dogs they can have on a flight. they also would not let me get my bag which was flown by the plane 1000 miles away from me and which had my medication in it and i needed. no refund. terrible and mean employees. worst airline i have ever seen.
Never Again--My wife,my friends and myself were some of the poor bastards left on the tarmack for 8 hours in columbus--cost me a fortune in lost accounts, plus money i had to forfeit in tee times---my attourney will get in touch!!!
