What are the rules when sending a 15 year old alone on Air Trans. Do they have to be kept at the gate until you get them?

you are on Monster Vick's website - I and my family will NEVER use your airline, or American Airline as long as you continue to associate with this potential serial murderer - you are enabling him to do more harm

ok lets start here im sorry to have to tell you this but your air lines suck this had to be the most frustrating trip I have ever taken in my entire life. You scewed up my groups trip more than three times in one week. First your stewardess' are extremely rude. We flew into Atlanta for a lay over to Charolette and got everything and waiting for our plane and then were hear that there is mechanical problems so it will be delayed we had a conference to go to that started at 7:00 we missed it becasue you couldnt fix it until 5:00 so were boarded on the plane at 6:00 which was three hours past the normal time. Then when our trip ended we checked in our bags all 18 of us an we head for the gate at Charolettes airport soon to find out that our plane wont be leaveing. There was another group that had to spend the night becasue you couldnt get the plane to work. So starting at 9:00 we waited not 2, not 3, but 7 hours waiting for a plane to find out that we were no longer flying Airtrans ,but flying US Airways instead so we boarded and got to milwaukee safely but thats not all we find out that our luggage never showed up becasue someone doesnt know what they were doing. So I pray to God that you never have a hance to buy out Midwest because your airline in extremely terrible and you will never get a good say from our group and from many other groups that we know.

Sincerely

Jonathan

I just got home from Orlando, FL to VA. This flight 3was to take 5 hours, this including a 2.5 hour lay-over at Hartsfield Atlanta. The flight from Orlando landed at Gate C17, and my connecting flight was C18 (right across). Simple, easy, convenient, and nothing can happen, right. Well WRONG!!!!! I sat at Gate C18 from about 1035 until 12:20; not one time did I hear an announcement that there had been a Gate change from C18 to C8. I went to the counter and asked, and was told that there had been several announcements about the change and was told to hurry to C8. In the meantime, they, the counter agents announced the change. When I arrived at C8, I went directly to the counter and the agent there said the flight was on-time, and he wanted me to wait until he finished boarding the passengers. I agreed to do so, but he never called me to the counter. I went back to the counter and the agent said, "that flight has left," I then explained that I was there at the counter and he never called me, even after I explained I'd just come from C18 to catch the flight. Needless to say I was not happy and the agent informed me there was/is a Customer Service section, which I had to request another seat on a flight to VA. This one was at 3:43pm, which means I spent 5 hours in the airport, the length of the original connecting flight from Orlando to VA. My question to you is what type of airline are your running and what type of training, on-going training do your agents attend for customer service. This is an area that is lacking and requires much training.

I have flown twice to Boston from Newpot News, VA. Both times I had no problems. First by coach & the 2nd Business Class. I prefer Business Class. The attendants & staff were super. Most often, all you hear about are the complaints, after reading the above comments, I couldn't resist letting you know how I feel. I will be flying this November back to Boston & again next year to Holland. What airlines will I fly, AirTrans of course!!!!! A+Rewards Member!!!!!!
