i am pregnant and i would like to know what kind of coverage i have
Anthem.com is a great site when it works, but for the most part blue cross / anthem must pay their programmers peanuts. 90% of the time the website functions on a sub par level if not at all. Personally its a waste of bandwidth. Pick up the phone and dial them if you interested in obtaining information, the website is more of a novelty item and a waste of your premium $$$
I was told to go to this site to print a claim form. Where is that entry?? I am frustrated with this system. I have filed 2 times AND faxed once. The provider of my services was told I used the wrong form??? Also my original form instructed me to mail to Virginia. When I called 2 mos. after my first claims I was told it was sent to the wrong place. There must be a more direct way to get my claims processed. Please help.

I recently went to a specialist and my pcp faxed a referral as this was an issue with kidney stones. My pcp left me a message today that my refferal was not valid because HealthKeepers says I am not covered. It is after 6:00pm and I can not contact Anthem.
I am writing for my Aunt who has Anthem Senior Advantage and she needs to have cataract surgery, but does not know of a optimologist in her area and would be covered by her insurance. Her address is: 1823 Ward Road, Columbus, Ohio 43224. Please reply to my e-mail-sshirley73@aol.com.
Thank you so much,

why are you guys so incompetent. been trying to get a new card since i lost mine when my wallet was stolen. you said you were gonna send it but that was three weeks ago. i hope you rot in insurance hell!
hey jan i think i can help you out getting a new card. its really insane how hard it is to find the right contact number but to get ahold of them i really just called any number related to anthem, there are many, and i asked what number i need to call to get an id card (i called the technical support line, obviously nothing to do with a new id card.) well he suscessfully gave me the number to my local anthem insurance people and i was easily able to obtain my id card number, group number (my employers number.) if u happen to live in indiana the number i called was 18003246086. if u dont live there seriously just call any of there numbers and they will transfer u. i suggest also not trying to recieve information on there website and rather talk to an actuall person over the phone. hope this helps (i signed up for this hub thing just to provide some assitance :)
How do I find doctors in my network?
where do I find the psch. testing form to complete. Can you email me one? Thanks K
