The homepage of Applebee.com is very vibrant in appearance. With delicious stake on display, it will surely make your mouth water. They have done well to entice a visitor into ordering from their chain of restaurants.
Towards the top right hand side of the homepage, you can find an option to find an Applebee restaurant near you. Just next to it you can find two other options - "Meet our new spokesapple" and "Or watch the commercials" Below these option you can see an orange colored horizontal bar with options such as Home, Our Menu, Restaurant info, Gift cards, Guest relations, Investors, Media, Work with us, and Receive our emails.
The menu option will open up a new page where you have to enter your location to find local Applebee menu from the restaurant near you. You will have to enter details like City, and State/Province or Postal code.
For those people who are concerned about their weight, there is a good news. Applebee has joined together with Weight Watchers to create weight watchers menu items. All the items are said to be weight watchers friendly without comprising on the Applebee taste.
Applebee also offers gift cards as an add on facility. You can use these gift cards as surprise or as a gift for someone you love. And you can get them easily online through the Applebee website. Applebee's Gift Cards can be redeemed at any of their 1900 or so domestic locations.

We went to the Applebees in Sacramento in Sacramentio, CA ion 1/12/08 arived around 6:00 waited for approximately ½ hour, finally had to ask for a server. She came took our order. We had ask for one steak to be medium, a chop steak to have no mushrooms or gravy. When meal arrived the chop steak had mushrooms and gravy and the requested medium steak was well done, it was sent back along with the chop steak. Another wait ensued, When the steak came back it was rare, blood was on the plate. We were still waiting for the chop steak. The remainder of the meal continued to go down hill from there. We spoke to the manager and she quoted as saying she understood the problem. No customer service at all we were left on our own waiting for a fork, extra gravy for other chop steak. The service was one of the worst we have experience and we go out to dinner a lot. At this point we will not be going to any other Applebees at all

i went to Applebee's located at 111 clinton center drive in Clinton, Mississippi On 1-18-2007 the wait was supposed to be 25 min it was shorter than that, our waitress was Danisha H and I was extremly pleased with her service and attention to our table. The resteraunt was full and she was very busy but she never missed a beat. I feel she deserves something special. I left her a nice tip.
How do I find the balance on my gift card? On the back of he card, it says visit www.applebees.com, and here I am, but I don,t see any poace to put my 19 digit number. I'm 83 years old and I'm not quick enough to get all those number in before the system shuts me off. Thanks

I went wiht my husband to the applebbe's on the woodruf road, greenville, sc. the server was terrible, she doesn't want to work, after 20 minutes. i talked with the other server for order my drinks, 15 minutes after ai have call other lady for order dinner. we were very upset with the personal. Nobody tokk the reponsability of the table. Please the managers have to do the job better. After that go to the check my bank statement and the lady withdraw two times the order. come on. the personal have a training for make that. my family an me never back to the applebbe's. Sorry

The service in the Albany,Or. site is absolutely terrible! I have gone back on a couple of occasions. only to be disappointed one more time. Even though we were "comped" our lunch today, I find that waiting 1 and 1/2 hours for a simple soup and salad lunch is ridiculous. I had a previous experience when service was delayed because the manager called a meeting during the lunch hour which involved taking our server away for a period of time. For a well known chain, this seems unaccaptable. I am done with Applebees!
About 2 wks ago, a bunch of us from church went to Applebee's restuarant in Flornce, SC. When we arrived we were seated right away. It took the waiter about 10 min. to show up to ask for our drink order and he didn't get the order right. It took him several times and still didn't get it right. We also asked for silverwear and checked it and come to find out, it was nasty. We asked them again for new silverwear and this batch was the same so I took all the silverwear into the bathroom to clean them and our drink order was still wrong. With 8 people including 2 children we sat there for 2 1/2 hrs. The food was cold and the orders were wrong. We then called the manager on duty and she came over and took 50% off of our bill. Come to find out the waiter was in rehab for a drug problem and he was truly not there. That was the worst service we had ever had in Florence, SC. The management and the wait staff needs to be changed asap. You will loose alot of customers with this kind of service.
With all of these complaints, why hasn't someone done something about this problem. I don't understand why the health departments doesn't do something or maybe we should do that ourselves because apparently the owner's of the Applebees Restaurant Chain won't do it.

Steak dinners at Sonora, Ca. location recently were a trainwreck. They were so grissly and fat that it would have taken a cast iron stomach to digest them.
I received an e-mail that apparently stemmed down from Bill Palmer the founder of applebees and it stated to send the message to nine people and you would receive a 50.00 gift certificate. I sent the e-mail to nine people and received an e-mail back stating one of my e-mails did not go through. I sent it to several more people and i have yet to receive confirmation for a $50.00 gift certificate. Applebees will be going off of my list for dining out. There was no forwarding e-mail address to respond to.
Went to Applebe's in San Antonio, Texas today. Waited 10 minutes for anyone to take our order. We asked if we had a waitress. One came and said she would be with us in a minute and then proceeded to wait on the table behind us who had just come in. She never came back. Then a guy who was obviously training someone came. They never came back. Finally, a blond girl came and took our drink order and finally came back and took our food order. She served me the wrong meal. From the sound of the other letters no one cares about service at Applebee's.
The curb side in Hilliard Ohio is terrible!!! Every time we order something is missing. It happens all the time! Missing side dishes, messed up orders. The manager actually brought my order to my house for fear that they would be reported. I have many free appetizer coupons they've given me, never used I must say! I just want good service not free food! Nothing worse than to pay good money for horrible service! If you order curb side take your time and check your order, everything!

Had steak tips ordered med rare/w/cream spinach side.Meal served well/well done and sent back. Rcvd 2nd serving med w/o spinsch side. Had to ask again for side. Meat was tasty but not up to quality of '99' meal. Will NOT attend this unit again or another unit w/o doubt. This location in Hudson MA 01749. Spoke to server

Mesa AZ - Baseline/Alma School Rd - Last time will take co-workers or anyone else there for that fact. Restaurant was not busy, but three tables around us who arrived after us were served their food before us. If the meantime, our waiter did bring our drinks but never took our orders. He was walking around checking his other tables and filling their drinks. We had to ask him to take our order. We arrived at 12:05 and finally got our "soup and salad" at 12:40. All you can eat - yeah right. Not if your in the workforce; on your lunch hour; and eating at Applebee's in Mesa. Trust me.....don't go there!
Test what kind of test is this? Veterans Day and not every Applebees' is participating. Even big towns with plenty of military. I live in OKC and one restaurant participates. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I would of at least had 2 of your expensive beers with my free lunch. No graditude just greed.

I have been dealing with the Applebees' Rest. in Mt. Vernon, IL since Sept. trying to collect the money we earned at a fundraiser. Every week I call at least twice a week. Sometimes, the manager never returns my call & other times he has promised the money is in the mail. We had this fundraiser, for a fellow teacher & her husband who had just had a lung transplant after 4 years of sickness from having Merca in the lungs. Our school had a fundraiser at the Mt. Vernon Applebees last spring which was a breakfast. It went very well and we made over a $1,000. This fall when I contacted the manager he informed me that they no longer did the breakfast. However, he said they now did a fundraiser by bringing in a flyer & gettting 20% of the sales for those evenings. We signed up for Sept. 15 & 16. We were told that we would get 20% of all sales for those two days if they brought in a flyer, stating that it was for the John Borland family. We did everything as told. We were there both days for lunch & dinner. Hundreds of people were there with the flyers. However, the waitresses were very careless with the flyers---sometimes taking them--somtimes saying they didn't need them. I was told that after two or three days they would have a total for me. When I called, the manager told me the total was $160 for the first day and about the same for the following day. I told him then that I couldn't believe that was the total. I knew how much my friends & I had spent & I knew there were lots more people than just us. I was very disappointed. I got the first check for $160 in about 2 weeks. I was told the other check would be here in 2 or 3 days. It never came. That is when I started calling the manager. I have lots of different stories. At least three times I was told he would mail the money to me right then. I live about 15 miles away from the Mt. Vernon, IL Applebees'. I was also told the Corp Office mailed the check to the wrong person. I had told the manager I wasn't happy with the way this fundraiser was handled. There is no way of proving how many people we had there. We all go to "Applebees' to eat a lot. After this experience I have no desire to go back. Also, the family that we were trying to help, really needs the money as she has been unable to return to work. One good thing, her husband is doing much better. If he had not received this lung he would have died by now. I usually don't complain about a lot of things, but this has been very discouraging as we were trying to help a friend in need. If anyone can do anything to help me get the money owed me, please call 618-316-1578. Thank you.
My wife and I eat at the Mesquite Tx restaurant quite often and enjoy it. The store is clean and the food and service are good. The manager (Stephen) does a great job running the place. Apparently most of the forementioned complaints are due to the corporate execs not doing their job in management training and oversight.
When we visited Applebee's in Evansville, In, West Side we were terribly
disappointed. We were told our sides could be garlic mashed potatoes,
baked potato or vegetable medley...My husband asked if the brocoli could
be left off--he was told he could pick it out...I noticed on the menu there
was slaw being served with a sandwich dish...I asked why we could not have
the slaw...Alyssa F said "Oh, ok." We ordered a sirloin, with baked potato and
slaw and ordered a riblet platter with french fries (which were not offered to us
either)...Jim was charged for a Bloody March and then charged separately for
the Vodka??? We were offered no rolls nor appetizers and had to hunt our

I usually LOVE eating at Applebees but some of my family and I have been to the one in Victorville,CA about 3 times now and I hope it is just this one that has turned us against Applebees. Our meals are always cold----we have to beg to get refills of our drinks and our waitress needs to be schooled on how to serve and be polite to her customers----worse place---don't eat there

My family and myself are no strangers to eating out, having a good waiter having a good time and a good meal. We visited 3624 Lynchburg VA. 24502 Applebee and it was the worst experience we have ever had. It was 4/25/09, around 5p. We walked in the door smiling, the little blonde boy looked at us like we were outta space. We sat down 10 mins passed, 4 waiters walked passed us tending to their tables right next to us, behind us and on the side of us we were literally sitting in the middle. No one ever looked at us, no one offered us a glass of water! 90 degrees outside yall. 20 min passed, by now we know the menu from front to back, and get this the diner was'nt even busy. Finally I politely asked one of the 4 passing waiters who has this table and he acted like he did'nt know, mean while as he was walking away a new couple walked in and he said I'll be right with you. Ok now were pissed, dumfounded shocked etc. You mean to tell me we are sitting here looking like idiots for 25 mins new people walk in and the waiter waits on them right away??? Am I missing something. Now the host wants to walk over and ask did yall get waited on and I said NO, who is our waiter, it had to be one of the 4 who walked passed us several times. The host acted dumb like he did'nt know. I use to wait tables and I know for a fact that it is the host/hostess job to know what waiter has what tables. So we just got up and left. We were so discusted. All somebody had to say was I'll be right with you, no one did, which lets me know that they did'nt want to wait on us. It is so easy to spend our monies somewhere else, and we did just that! Who ever the stupid waiter was would have gotten over tipped being an X waiter myself I understand, I would have taken care of them. I will never ever look at another Applebee's again in my life I will stick with my Fridays. I guess its true what they say about down south restaurants. DON'T GO!!!

Dinner ok They\ couldn't break down bill ( as agreed upon) mgr called Wake @ 3:00 PM Bill time#:16 when finally printed. But not paid yet asa they could't process kept screwing around Late by over a hour. Date 12/30 MID 595390 new berlin waiter hank Check 32869. Have not had any problems in IL. Facilites But don't worry we won't use applebee's any more ps. wake was from 3:00 to 700pm. THANKS
