CokeRewards: Coca Cola's Way of thanking its Loyal Customers

A customer loyalty marketing campaign from Coca-Cola, Coke rewards was launched in 2006. This customer loyalty marketing campaign is known as My Coke Rewards. The campaign encompasses simple procedures. The customers have to enter codes from the specially marked pa`ckages of Coca-Cola products into the CokeRewards website. These codes are then converted into points, which the customers can use to redeem various prizes or sweepstakes entries.

From the beginning of the program to November 2006, as many as one million prizes had been redeemed. This itself justifies the popularity of this website among the consumers. Adidas, Blockbuster, Delta, Holiday Inn, Kodak Gallery, Nintendo, Best Buy, The Home Depot, Simon, Universal Studios, and Rhapsody have collaborated with the Coca-Cola customer loyalty marketing campaign. The current phase of the program began on April 16, 2007 and is scheduled to end on January 31, 2008.

Very bright in appearance, the website has mostly been done in red and green colors. Towards the top right-hand corner of the webpage, you can find the Sign in and Register Now options. Below these options, you will come across the links Enter Codes, Rewards & Contests, Search Rewards, Take a Tour, and an option to view for the Espanol version of the website.

You can sign up for a My Thirst ID or My Coke Rewards account, if you don't have one, by clicking on the sign up link and follow the instructions to create an account. A single user can create not more than one account.

Enrollees will collect points for each specially marked product purchased and recorded on the website during the collection period. The list of points table is as follows:

The website offers an assortment of rewards, which the users can redeem with the required points collected by them. Each reward comes with a different points tally, so verify the points required for the reward you want, collect that much points, and redeem the reward with the accumulated points.
