Decoratingden.com is the official site of one of the premier home furnishing companies of the country. Decorating Den has been decorating homes and businesses all over the US and Canada for more than 35 years. Decorating Den prides itself in designing spaces and interiors according to the customers' preferences and tastes and not that of the designers'.

The homepage is done tastefully and reflects the taste of the company. The page opens into a large and colorful display of some of the companies' creations.

The options given below are- ‘Before & After Gallery' ‘Designer Tip of the Week', ‘Create a Great Guest Room' and ‘TV Commercial.'

The ‘Before and After' Gallery showcases in pictures the transformations that the decorators of the company have done to ordinary dull looking rooms. This has sub sections like living rooms, family rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, children's rooms, bathrooms and dining rooms.

In ‘We come to you,' you can find a page section where there are designer tips for the visitors. For example, the hot new color trends of 2007. The colors suggested by the designer here are caramel, mocha, chocolate, charcoal grey, peach fuzz and blush pink. The designer also suggests the hot colors in each shade.

The ‘What's my style' section, visitors can take a questionnaire which checks the style quotient of the visitor. Each question has four options and when you submit the questionnaire you will be told about your style, for example, ‘country living.' The questions asked go something like this-Which type of chair would be most appropriate in your dream house? In the page under ‘Creating Great Guest Rooms,' you will find an advertisement for the book of the same name by a decorator who is a part of Decorating Den. There is an article on preparing guest rooms which has tips for the ordinary visitor. Some of the titles are-provide a good bed, supply sufficient lighting, don't overlook window coverings, offer a comfortable seat etc. with explanations.
