I am so sick and tired of reading or looking at something on my computer that I am really interested in, and then have these GD pop-ups pop up!!!! Please, for God's sake, TAKE ME OFF YOUR POP-UP LIST!!!!!! I can't stand it anymore!!! I went to their Web site, and in order to stop getting these stupid things, I had to send an e-mail with "close my account" as the subject. I don't have an account with these people, nor would I want to!! Why do I have an "account?" Please, Please, Please, take me off the list!
After reading the above messages, I guess I'm not the only one with this problem. GET ME OFF YOUR DATABASE. I'm wondering if any of those who have previously posted notices to get rid of this pop up have any success. Let me know. marlene802@verizon.net
There is no such thing as a pop up list. You have some adware on your computer installed by a company that these sites advertise with. They probably pay a big broker that pays an adware company that you install. Run an adware scan.

I know they do not send you anything. It is software maliciously installed without my permission. Hijackware, spyware, whatever you want to call it. I just want detailed instructions on how to remove their crap. If they are a viable company, they seem to have made a very bad business decision. Who would use them after putting spyware on your computer? If they are a legit company, they should fire their marketer, and then immediately find and distribute the method to remove the popups!
Be very careful - and I mean very careful - of www.findstuff.com. Google is the homepage on my computer, and findstuff.com was able to somehow load software on to my computer that now directs any Google search I do to their Website. This company is insidious, evil and gives the Internet a bad name. I honestly believe the people who run this company should be arrested and spend life in prison. You can't even call them, because they don't give you a phone number on their site.
How can I remove the pop up that I dont remember asking for.
