My experience at your store was extremely good I visited the garden center and was very pleased but could not find the web site for the chance to win the 5,000 dollar gift card.
i just spent $1552.14 on a lawn mower. i was suposed to get a %10 discount on my first credit purchase. but it was on my bill. i had top call customer service to get help on my discount. and also i was eligable to enter for the $5000 gift card. but as of now i cant find out how to enter. is this a hokes .i am calling customer service now to see what they have to say.they say to contact my local store that they hav no info. on any $5000 gift card . that it must be set up by your local store for more info. i am going to call mine now to see if this a hokes or what. i hope that this will help you enter. mike

I have been shopping at homedepot for over ten years, I experienced the worst service today. The manager Mike Waters verbally attacked me. Told me that homedepot wasn't in business to do my projects. I told him that I thought that you were in business to assist with my projects, I explained to him thats why I came here instead of Mr. Seconds or Lenco Lumber, they are cheaper. And their tag line isn't "you can do it we can help". Then he said that the person who first helped me was not experience, sold me the wrong pruduct, also they are not employed to do precision cuts, saw sometimes wrobble, I should have notice the incorrect cuts, and material defects before I took the materials home . Informed me how he built his garden beds, offered to sell me the incorrect materials again. In the end he let me return my product, Provided me with no assistance or alternatives. I still have dirt scheduled to arrive in a few days, and no garden beds.
The cashier lost my reciept, I had to ask her three times to see a manager. I guess I should have shopped at Lowes. Atleast I know that you don't want my business before I remodel my bath and porch.
