this is to inform your customer service at the SPRING HILL STORE IN FLORIDA ON COMMERCIAL WAY on 19 is a disgrace the way it is run and nobody seems to care about service. I have been a homedepot customers for years and that store is unacceptable. I went across the street to lowes found what I what I needed. I will not go to your store again . Margaret Aronna

north myrtle beach; i am self employed i've purchased many things from home depot. i now have had two bad experiences. 1st ; i bought a cordless tool set that went on sale 35 days after. i told them what happened and they did nothing. that was a $50.00 loss. next i bought an extension cord that was not put in my baskcart. when i went back they belittled me. i've spent thousands of dollars with home depot and i may be done. over a $15.00 extension cord. my name is barry hails 4535 bruin ln little river sc 29566 843 267 5585

You sent me a note asking for my opinion on my recent services from your installation company. You need to find a more reliable contractor. I waited three months to have your contractor find a time that fit both of our schedules. I had ordered window coverings from the San Leandro Store and expected to get positive results. The store employees were very efficent. The installer was v ery rude with me on the phone and was uncooperative as to when he could hang my window coverings. I am very disappointed with those services and will not do business with you again that contains having an independant contractor complete the job. Very disappointed.

Can't get into your opinion survey. Can't get anyone to answer the phone in a fairly new Home Depot store in Hawthorne, NY, can't get correct kitchen cabinets that were ordered in June, can't get satisfaction from store manager, Atlanta. GO TO LOWE's!!!

I purchased exterior stain for our jacuzzi siding. I told the paint associate I thought the color was wrong. Came home, it was wrong. Returned immediatly to the store and was told I could not return the product. The only recourse was for the paint dept to add more tint and try and make it right. They tried and it still is wrong. Every morning I pour my morning coffee and look at that jacuzzi and think about the poor customer service I received at Home Depot. I even tried to contact the store manager but was connected to the wrong dept, and then was told the store manager was busy. I got better service at Wal_mart.

About a year ago, my husband put a application in a store in Ohio and was turned down? Age discrimation? (he is 68 and in great physical condition and has 40 years experience in sales at Sears and DIY hardware store (till it closed in 2001.) Why would they not even call about his application? We shop there and alot of the young kids are No help at all and don,t even know what questions people are asking? Also they are too busy talking to each other. My husband had a excellnnt work record. Is this fair. ??? If you dare you can e-mail us, I like a answer to this one!!!!!!!!! Also my daughter had to carry some heavy items out to her car as the kid said his back hurt??? (he was only about 18??????)

i have been trying to locate storm doors on your web site, all i get are retractable screen doors. this has been a 2 hour episode, sorry i will purchase thru my local hardware store, i have done a lot of business with home depot and in reviewing some of the other comments i agree, i will switch to lowes

I am very disatified with your Lancaster California store and Home Depot in general . Parking lot dirty ,carts dirty , nobody to help ,you run a sale on fash lights for 3 days run out int morning ,can not get rain check ,said that was it no more . bad P.R. Is this corporate greed , or just dont care . Lowes starting to look better . Home Depot should understand you are not the only supplier in town . I remember when Home Depot came to town ,nice and helpful ,what happened . Do you have such a big turn over in mangement ,that the store ,and customers don't get any help . Your corporate people should get out and look at your stores ,you can improve . Thank you Gerry

i could not get any help at the anderson s.c. store we where putting up a fince and my husband is 65 and can not pick up any thing so we had to come home and get some one to go back to help us becouse we like homedepol.
