Barclaycard US, earlier known as Juniper Bank, is the corporation's US credit card operation. Barclays claims to have over 40 credit card partnerships with most of the successful institutions in the United States. Gulf Oil, Harvard Alumni Association, US Airways, AirTran Airways, Midwest Airlines, Carnival Cruise Lines, TiVo are few among these. The corporation claims to serve over 20 million customers in more than 60 countries.

The website Juniper.com is dedicated for the credit card customers of the corporation. There is nothing commendable about the homepage of the site but the brand succeeds in winning the confidence of its customer through its secured log-in window. Existing users are required to provide their username to access the site. If you don't have a username or password, options to create the same are included in the site. This option allows credit card users to create an online account by providing their social security number, date of birth, mother's maiden last name and account number. If you have already applied for the online access, the Check Status option allows you to verify the status of your application.

The Customer Service section of the site is comprehensive and well categorized. From credit card basics to credit score information, customers can get their queries clarified in a jiffy. The section Partners is exclusive with the details about Barclays partners. This section includes thumbnail image links and text links of the partners. Clicking on the links retrieves detailed information about the features of the respective cards. Option to apply for the card is included in the same page itself. Clicking on the Apply Now button retrieves an online application form. The online application process involves three steps - Application, Confirmation and Decision. Also, the brand promises to offer a decision in seconds.

The site is simple yet resource rich. The streamlined placing of links and resources improves the functionality of the site and makes it quite easier to navigate. However, it would have been better had a more detailed corporate information been included. The enhanced login process promises supreme security to the users. There are no distracting contextual advertisements or pop ads in the site. The graphics in the site are kept to the minimum. The site generates revenue from service promotion.

i have your master card and i love the way i can go online and check my account and pay my bill without leaving the house.i am also intrested in getting your visa card with at least a 2.000 thousand limite to pay off two other credit cards

my question is for juniper credit card......I have done business with your company for at least five or six years..... I have always paid on time and been a good customer. I am sure you have made a reasonable profit over the years. My latest interest rate was 10 .18 percent which included about 800 at 17 % and 800 at 3.99 %..My latest statement showed an overall invrease on both balances to 17. %. When i inquired your customer gave me several reasons for the increased but he did not know what he ws talking about. He lied to me. The final conversation he claimed i was late on my payments. I doubt that but he may have been right on one payment for one or two days due to post office inefficencies and my mailing later then normal. If i was late and only oone time for a day or so and i even doubt that why would you raise my interest rate and not even take into consideration my long length of being an excellent customer . Your customer service men claims that is policy and no one can change it back and that was it. Well thats not it as i am writting to you and hooping somebody does something to keep me as a customer. He also claims all banks do that, well im doing business with you and not all banks..... I have two e mail address if you care to respond and two telephone numbers.. If in doubt try the mail. Thank you account ending in 5473 and in my wifes name.

I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR AT LEAST FIVE YEARS, AND I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH TERRIBLE BUSINESS IN ALL MY LIFE. I cannot get ny access to this account on line to moniter anything. When I call no one speaks any English that I can understand.  I gave my account number to my checking to pay and one of you gave or tranposed one number,  my bank said that no account could be located not NSF, and I have been using this same account. Then you raise my intrest rate to 21% feom 8.9, I pay 500.00 payment on time and then you raise it to 28%. I wrote and asked that the tape be reviewed, as it was not my error and my payments have been on time. Well no one answered and this is getting on my nerves. I am contacting the banking commission as well as the BBB. Do not get this card, no one speaks English and they have illegal and grimy business practices.

I agree with the grimy business practices. I missed the amount to pay by a few dollars, I take responsibility, they raised my rate from 7% to 12%, then two months later to 26.24%. I called, got someone who could not speak English, he stated I got informed of the increase two months ago, which I did not, I would have called then and not waited two months! They would not reverse back to 12%, said they were within their rights to do so. The financial institutions are being bailed out, and screwing us all at the same time. Gee, how can the consumer get that same deal???

I have been a good customer you'll gave me 9.9% rate fixed. I got a letter in mail today saying you'll was going up to 14.99% well you'll said I could take this rate or close my account did not even want to talk about another rate so I www.junipermanage.info closed my account because I think going up 5% is crazy. Your trying to make your good customers pay for your bad customers I do not think you'll will last long.
