This site is so confusing that it is impossible to follow a link that will lead to your account statement to allow you to review your purchases and payment due , because of this I am switching back to snail mail and will wait for my statement each month .
This site had me thinking that I was the one with the problem but it seems that that isn't the case at all. I will not use this card again because I dont like to use stamps to pay my bills. Is this site just a ploy to cause late payments when a member thinks they can just go online to pay their bill on the due date then finds that they can't and then is assesed late fees. Quite the racket you got going on here. Please try something different. This is the only bill that I cant pay online and I do not like that.

I have had nothing but problems with home depot...I bought a washer and tried to use it for the first time on the weekend, it did not work...I called GE and home depot to get no more then a run around and they wanted to send a tech out to look at it its only 24 hrs old ? I dont think so $400.00 +...it should work fine !!!now 4 days old and still have not got a replacement, i found this site to check my statement this is terrible !!! cant do anything on here its not worth my time ....I will start using Lowes.... I had people tell me so ..i will listen next time .im going to load the washer up on a truck and take it to the store !!!! Shame on you Home Depot for treating your customers like this
