Mynortonaccount.com: Your Online Norton Products & Services Manager

Mynortonaccount.com is a place where you can get the most of your Norton products. This account will let you manage your Norton products and services. You can securely manage all of your registered Norton products and services anytime and anywhere. You can view your product details, retrieve your Norton Product Key, and perform many other activities.

The site is designed simplistically in a white background, and yellow towards the top of the page. Except for the some basic information on the features and advantages of creating a Norton Account have been mentioned on the webpage. Other than that there is nothing noteworthy to brag of.

The Norton Account feature is only available on Norton 2006 and later products. This Norton Account helps you store your product key on a Symantec server. The advantage of this is, when you have to reinstall your Symantec product and you have lost the product key. If you are not a user already then you would have to contact the Symantec customer services to help you with it. On the other hand if you had created a Norton Account, then could have got the product key in a instant by just logging into your account.

For accessing your Norton Account, you can do it when you install your Norton 2006 product or after you install your product. When you install your Symantec product, you will be asked to restart your computer. After you restart your computer and activate the product, you see the Norton Account dialog box. Alternatively, you can start your Norton product, and then click Help & Support and select Norton Account. You can also access the account by visiting mynortonaccount.com website. Just key in your email address and password to sign in.

To create an Norton Account - start your Norton 2006 or later product, then click Help & Support and select Norton Account. Then in the Norton Account dialog box, click your Norton product to select it, and then click on the Save Product key option. You will have to type in all the details in the Create your Norton Account dialog box. After completing it, click on the Submit button. Your Norton Account will be automatically verified on this first logon or after you click the link in the email confirmation that you will receive.

if you have already had norton on your computer for a year, and you decided to buy one off the computer to upgrade. Make sure you go into your old account , and make sure they haven't check the automatic button to charge you for a upgrade on the one you had., before you subscripton run out, if you don't do this , Norton will charge you again. They did a friend of my and she had to write them and then she had to wait for recall back from them in India, as a collect call.

The original programs of SystemWorks and Internet Security were installed at the same time. How come Internet Security did not expire at the same time as the other? We were not notified that our internet security had expired. I found out by going into our account. So, I just renewed both of them even though SystemWorks didn't expire until April "08. When I tried to register the product key for my updated Norton 360 version 2.0 I was asked to enter my email address and password for my Norton Account. When I entered this informatin I was told that one or both entries was incorrect. After several attempts with the same result I tried to open a new account, but was told there was already an account at that email address. So I decided to change my password; there was a statement that I could change my password by coming to this site and selecting "change password". I found the site but can't find the option to change my password. I bought the software but I didn't bargain for the frustration.

Downloaded this AM renewal for 2 yrs. The first download was not completed for some reason and I was required to re-enter all of the information the second time. Therefore, at 8:24 AM and at 8:55 AM I received completed billings referencing Orders 2095558289 and 2095558866 indicating that my credit card has been charged twice for the amount of $134.98. I do not have a norton product, yet in june they took out 52.09 out of my account without my authorization. I have since then spoken to the company four times, starting in june. They keep saying that they are sending me the money back, but it never does get to me. Then I must start all over again, because they keep coming up with a new reason why it hasn't been sent. We bought a Norton 360 3.0 version and downloaded on our computor. Apparently I can't remember my old password and you gave me a new temporary password. When I went needed to put the password in again, I put the temporary password in and it wouldn't accept it. i initially installed a nortons product that i purchased from Staples back in 2001 when i purchased a computer that i had built at a computer show. The first few years went well. About three years later and a few months after my annual renewal was billed to my credit card, I got a message that my subscription was about to expire. I had misplaced all the documents i needed to dispute this expiration so out of fear of not having antivirus protection, I without realizing it, used a second credit card to renew my subscription. IT is sooo not fair and I feel trapped. I have not been unhappy with the product but would appreciate the ability to cancel my renewal and remove my banking details. Please help.

I renewed my Norton security in April this year and paid for a new year. However, after having a new Hard drive fitted on my pc, I tried to reinstall my Norton details, using the Product key given at the renewal, but it wont accept it. Neither will it accept the original product key. Only option is the 60days remaining? I have paid for another year, so would like it installed for another year! Renewal product key is TKR83 49KFD 6R49X KCGVX R979Q. Order number is 1856812475. Please help. Yet again, why no phone number?

Don't renew my Norton account in November. I don't like doing business with a company you can't get in touch with by telephone.. I tried three or four times to put the temporary password that was given to me and the message was "incorrect password".

On October 14, 2009 I tried to automatically download the Security upgrade and charge it to my credit card. Luckily I printed the order. The number is 4415870518 for $49.99. I continued to get warnings that it had not been updated. Since I could not successfully complete this myself, I had my neighbor come to see if she could. I now have another order confirmation from October 22, 2009 with the #NP1362998 for $54.99. Will I be charged for the first download that obviously never downloaded. Would you let me know. Why is automatic have to be so difficult? I have to get someone with a 4 year computer degree to do this for me every year.

this is the worst company i have ever dealt with. you can not get through to them. all one gets is recordings that last for a very long time. when i finally got through one time i could not understand the person i was talking to. FINALLY i got a telephone nuber where i could talk to A REAL LIVE PERSON who i could understand. now lets see if he did his job and canceled my automatic renewal.

I wanna cancel my subscription for Order Number 7097612215 Order date July 9, 2009. I removed it from my computor. It has conflicts with Windows Fire wall and Window Defender also with my other Security programmes. I submit complaints couple times but got no answers.
