Years ago when I worked at Sears (just recently it had officially dropped the "& Roebuck"), the sad joke in response to customer inquiries was, "Yes, Sears carries it, and we are out of it right now." And now, with their website, Sears.com, Sears is again trying to do everything.

Whether it is misspelled as seras.com, sers.com, or saers.com, www sears com is where you go to buy any Sears product online, and where you go to arrange for repair service for any appliance from Sears. I have tried this, and it is a superior service. The consumer will be given date possibilities for the repairman to arrive. There is a somewhat detailed request for information section, but I don't see any way to avoid that.

Informtion about Sears Outlets, your order, and product categories from ":Lawn and Garden" to "Jewelry" are on the Sears.com homepage, so Sears is still trying to do everything, and I think they are doing so much better than they did in the 1960s.

When people go to seras.com, they are looking for great values in craftsman snowblowers, Craftsman tractors, Craftsman lawn mowers, Honda portable generators, Kenmore vacuums, Kenmore washers and dryers, induction cooktops,quiet air conditioners, and all the major and common brands of appliances that were not available at Sears years ago. Sears is noted for having competitive prices and providing service.
