Rebates are fine when you get one. When the store clerk and the rebate receipt says you can enter online, why will it not go through when I try to do it.
Half the time when I mail the rebate receipt in I never get the rebate. I'm going to try one more time.

Worst website I've ever seen. It's impossible to get rebate online because of incoherent instructions. This is a continuation of my problems at the store, where they wanted me to wait two hours to get my computer. Then they gave incorrect instructions for my intallation, which cost $190! Don't buy from Staples.

I couldn't figure out from this page how to get the rebate. However, I went back to the Google page and clicked on the one that said something about "How do Staples Rebates work," and, from there, I easily found out how to sign up. Now I just have to see if I get it. Though, I will say, that a couple of years ago, when I bought something else, I got a rebate quite quickly from Staples. I do not remember if I did it online or mailed it in that time.
I submitted a rebates in Dec 2007, got an email reply from you on 15 Dec, stating that you are processing my rebate shortly. I have yet to receive my rebate. Claim Number: 266013704.

I want a rebate for a purchase made
I bought a shredder today (Feb. 2) . I have a Rebate Receipt . I cannot tell from this instruction how to get a rebate . Help!
The problem is that the rebate form gives an address that can mislead. Try this: go to Staples.com, open it, look on the bottom left of the page for the "Ways to save column", click on "rebate center" and follow the simple directions. Using this method I had a validated rebate receipt in less than 2 minutes.

Rebates are very EASY to do.if people would just follow directions
Read all your other comments. How about communicating with your vendors about just mailing in the rebate (Uniden Telephone). It sucks that I've just spent my valuable time to try to submit the rebate on the computer. Don't you know how to use laymen's terms and give simple directions?

I don't like to be ugly but like many others, I have found this website very confusing. All I wish to do is to (hopefully) submit the information from my purchase and get my rebate.
This is the biggest insult I've had for a long time. It said too much time taken , for 4 entries to your company. To me it means "go mail as we don't want to accept your computer entry". Staples should terminate you as you are a terrible influence on people like me , the customers.

thanks to all who posted the proper link, found the site (I think) problem is the next page says they haven't got the transaction info from the store yet, 15 days after I made the purchase. I put the site in my favorites, I still have a month until the rebate expires. you all are right, this is crap. Im not a computer whiz, but Im not an idiot either. You definetly need a easy button for getting your rebates. I had to do it twice because the time expired on the page I was working on. That is crap! And I know of a women who does not have a computer therefore she cannot sign up for her rebates on line. That's not right! Although you can send it in.
