I have been trying for weeks and even phoned to get directions this week and still can not find the Quick Link on the right side on any of the wamu sites I have found. Can you not make this an easier process or give printed detailed instructions at the bank or with a statement if someone has called in for help?

I spoke to a customer service agent requesting info on my account. She told me that I could access this info on line and gave me instructions as how I can accomplish this. Your system is so conviluted, and difficult that I gave up yet again after much time waisted on trying. The windows and links she spoke of were not on the pages she said they woild be. Baxk to phone, and in house banking for me.

it is impossible to get to your account. i finally just gave up. you have to be a rocket scientist to figure it out. why so complicated. no one else is.!!!!!!!!

fast&easy ha! it took 2weeks to get a checkbook from them and it takes 7 days for deposits to show up....if they show up at all,I'm getting out fast!
