Start with paying social sites!!

Here is a great way for you to start getting some exposure and make friends and get paid at the same time. It's with the social site called 6dgr.com (6 degrees), it's free to sign up and they pay for your referrals! They pay $4 per each person you sign up directly under you! Then they pay you $3 per person they sign up under them! Then you get $2 per their sign ups, plus you get residual pay for what each person spends from their new found payments!!

It's a good way to get out there while you are working on a product, or just want to make a little cash while socilizing!!

Check it out now===> Sign up for 6dgr here

Here are a couple of other pay social sites, my link for them are listed below. It never hurts to sign up for all them and get many people from them to sign up for 6dgr, a plan I'm endorsing right now!!

Yuwie.com

Zen Zuu.com

This is true, but you have to work for it!

Hi future online money makers,

You CAN make money online, it just takes some work and time, especially if it's done with little or no money to start! It's not as easy as some people might have thought before though. It takes patients and time to build an online business, and you will need an e-mail list if you are planning on selling products directly! Without an e-mail list, you can't get out your offers for either affiliate products or your own to your prospective customers. And it takes time to build this list, some say you can just go buy e-mail lists, and this is true, but you are at the mercy of where and how they got the lists to sell. You will also need a web site or at least a blog, Hubpage or similar. I will take you through some of my findings on how to make money online using an e-mail list, but please contact me with anything information that is incorrect or to help in some areas for me.

You also Can make money online without an e-mail list. There are several ways you can do this, the main one is advertising and selling other folks products. This is what's called being an affiliate marketer, and that's exactly what you are, the middle man between the selling and the buyer. This can be done by advertising an affiliate link on forums, blogs and other advertising mediums. The most widely used form of this is setting up Google adwords and other ad campaigns, when they are clicked on, you pay your bid price for that ad and they go to the seller's landing or sales page. At that time, if they purchase the product, you get a commission, and usually 20 to 60%+, depending on how the seller set up the affiliate commission structure. I will also go over these areas later on, but contact me if you want any more info.

Thanks for looking and may God bless, James A Nichols

Set up a free products site or squeeze page

Before learning ways to get the word out to build an e-mail list, you need to set up a web site, blog or other site and offer one or more free products to your prospective subscribers. They can be either ebooks or other products such as training videos or other software programs or scripts that are useful to the area(s) in which you are trying to target. I offer an ebook on '10 ways to write more effective ads' and also a link to get your own copy of 17 sets of video series that each have from 10 to 20 videos inside, and they are all about making money online. And when folks see this, they hopefully will fill out their name and e-mail address, then presto, you have a newsletter subscriber, because that is what it is essentially, a letter that you send out ever so often with free info and/or links to affiliate products or whatever you want to get to them in time. You will also send out offers to items you are wanting your list to purchase as well. See my link below in the link list titled: James A Nichols Affiliate site join now for an example of a free products page, or click here.

Next I will go over some ways to build an e-mail list, James

Getting started to build your e-mail list

There are many ways to get your name and/or ads out there to start to generate your e-mail list. Here are a few of them here, please let me know of others you have found and I will use them here and give you credit!

  1. Advertise in free forums, there have been whole ebooks and products created around this one, just sign up for some free ad forums and start posting your ads with link to your sign up page
  2. Ad rotator or FFA sites, I haven't had much luck with these, but some folks swear by them. You just sign up and place your ad (s), links and they are rotated with many others or might be added to a click ads link that you have to click through others ads to get credits for yours to be seen. The reason I'm not crazy about these is that most people are doing the exact same thing and noone sees the ads, they are just clicking to get there's noticed.
  3. Create blogs, Hubpages, Squidoo pages and make links to each other so Google will notice this and your pages will get pushed up the search result pages and get you clicks!
  4. Join up in several or many social network &; 'Here's my site' type sites, such as myspace, Facebook, Digg, Stumble Upon and many more to generate interest, post links, make friends and pass your name and links along. These have brought on a long list of how-tos, ebooks and other products to do just this kind of promotion.
  5. Use other offline means of getting your name and/or links out, such as flyers, classified ads, etc. If you are interested I have an ebook that is dedicated to nothing but offline adverts.
  6. Get into traffic exchanges and/or get your links traded with some higher up players in this industry. Or just get help from these guys that you read about all the time, they can help by promoting you as their apprentice or junior JV (Joint Venture) member or other smaller ranking newbie.

These are just a few that I can think of right now, I will add them as I come across them. But please send me info of some other good ones, I will be glad to add your link to do so.

Create Blog(s) and Comment to others

Here is a good 2-step process that I think all folks interested in IM (Internet Marketing) will have to do to make it in this business or others on the internet for that matter. If you don't do this or similar, you will struggle to some extent.

  1. Create a blog site, at least one for now. Post some interesting and relevant content about what you are marketing or even similar, especially if you have other blogs. Also you will need to post your other blogs, site or affiliate links you may have in one or both columns of your blog(s). This is so when folks visit your blog, they'll have some of your links looking at them just yearning to be clicked upon! Then try to keep fresh content posted as well as other items on your blog.
  2. Second in the 2-step part, is to go to other relevant blogs of your colleagues and post comments after you READ their posts! You must read the posts or it won't count, then write up a comment, also inputing your name and blog address. People can tell if you are a 'drive by' commentator, looking for the back link, and they'll just spam yours out if it's a like. "Good info man, thanks....."

This helps both the blogger and the blogee (person reading and commenting on the blog, I believe). It helps the blogee by getting the valuable back link to his or her site or blog. And it helps the blogger get more recognition as a blogger (and possibly 'person of knowledge on the subject) and more links as well.

If you haven't created one yet, here are a couple of quick links to get one started:

Here is a very useful link to list your blogs, Hubpages or the like in this free directory service called Blog Catalog: http://www.blogcatalog.com/directory/business/marketing

Hope this was helpful to your quest,

Hey James,

Very nice hub and information. You are right, it does take time and consistency when moving a business online, but the rewards can be so much greater. As people continue to chip away at it, all of a sudden traffic picks up, sales start happeing and people start to take notice. That is the essenc of Attraction Marketing.

Thanks for the great information, very nice.

Hi Demet,

Looks pretty cool, so how long have you been a member and how much money have you made with them? And just for me and anyone else looking here, how does the pay-per -ad points thing work, like how many points do you get for the e-mailed ads?

Thanks for the info, James
