Your Six Pack Quest 2000 Calories Menu Sample
7:00 am Breakfast
1 low fat yogurt
28 gms Protein powder
1 cup Raspberries
2 tsp Olive oil
1 oz Granola
chop the fruits and mix the remaining ingredients
9:00 am Snack meal
14 gms Protein powder
6 peanuts
3 tsp honey

11:00 am Snack meal

2:00 pm Mid Meal
6 oz Chicken breast, deli style
4 cups Zucchini
1 cup salsa
4 oz Chicken breast, grilled
¼ cup Lettuce, iceberg
½ cup mushrooms
½ bell pepper
¼ cup onions
½ cup canned peaches
2 1/3 tsp Olive oil
“Slice chicken and serve with sautéed vegetables with salsa on the side
5:00 pm Dinner
½ cup lentils
8 egg whites
½ tomato
½ cup onions
½ cup carrots
1 cup spinach
2 tsp Olive oil
“Chop onions, garlic, ginger and fry. Add tomato, curry powder (if you want). Then add 1-2 cups water, lentils, carrots, spinach, and egg then simmer. Season with salt and pepper.”
7:00 pm Snack
½ cup cottage cheese low fat
3 Apricots
4 Pistachio nuts
“Mix all the ingredients together and enjoy it cold”.
This menu plan is approximately 1970 calories. You will have to drink 10 to 12 glasses of water every day.
This is just a sample meal plan from the program, Your Six Pack Quest. You will get a different meal plan based on your own weight. However, you don’t have to worry because you will also be guided accordingly on how you can modify the diets and workouts when you want to or need to.
