The Top 10 Most Popular Wedding Songs Of 2008

by H. Erin Bush

According to a recent survey of engaged couples conducted

by Fischer-Howe-Crawford (a leading wedding planning

consultancy), here are the Top 10 Most Popular Wedding Songs

they've selected.

With one of the most popular wedding months of the year

just around the corner, study this list carefully. There

is probably no detail of the wedding ceremony that you'll

experience more often than hearing your wedding song.

You'll hear that special song on the radio over and over

again through the years, and it will remind you of that

special day. Therefore, it's critical that you choose

just that right song.

Here are the Top 10 Most Popular Wedding Songs Of 2008

for you to check out.

#1 Nothing Compares To You. Sinead O’Connor

#2 Close To You. Maxi Priest

#3 I Do. E. Walter Smith

#4 Power of Love. Jennifer Rush

#5 Love Me Tender. Elvis Presley

#6 I Can’t Help Falling in Love with You. Elvis Presley

#7 Just the Way You Are. Billy Joel

#8 When You Say Nothing At All. Ronan Keating

#9 From This Moment On. Shania Twain

#10 You Made Me Love You. Al Jolson

The real jewel among those songs is "I Do" which

incorporates the words of the wedding vows into it's

lyrics in an irresistible fashion.

E. Walter Smith, the artist who recorded this song

actually wrote it as a tribute for a family member,

but as soon as is debuted it was destined to become

a perennial favorite.

My prediction is that by the end of 2008 it will be

the #1 most popular wedding song in America, and perhaps

even the world. You'll find Smith's song at:
