The eBay Capsule

HubPages is excited to announce a new way for many Hubbers to earn on HubPages. The eBay sub-affiliate program allows all Hubbers to earn from eBay capsules on their Hubs. Hubbers can now join the eBay Partner Network as a sub-affiliate of HubPages. The program is open to Hubbers who participate in the HubPages Earnings Program. The eBay Capsule is available to all Hubbers, but in order to earn money, you need to sign up for eBay Program within the HubPages Earnings Program. To sign-up for the HubPages Earnings Program or the eBay Program, go to My Account > Earnings > Setting and click the "Get Started" button.

The eBay Capsule is a good way to offer links to products and services related to your Hub that are for sale on eBay.

To include the eBay Capsule in your Hub:

1. Click its icon under the Add More Capsules section and reposition it as desired.
2. Click the edit button and add a subtitle if you like.
3. Under the Item Selection tab, type keywords into the eBay Search text box.
4. Below you have the option to enter in a specific Seller ID. You can specify multiple Seller IDs by separating them with commas.
5. You also have the option to show all products sold by a specific seller by leaving the eBay Search box blank, and only entering the Seller ID. You can specify the maximum number of items displayed in this capsule by using the dropdown menu.
6. When you are finished entering in keywords and Seller IDs, click the “Preview Ebay Results” button. This will yield images (if available for the products in question), descriptions in the form of a hyperlink, and the Current Bid for each item.
7. If you wish to exclude certain items from the results, you can do so by putting a “-” before certain terms, such as “antique” when searching for your main subject of interest such as “lamp.”
8. When you are finished making changes to your capsule, click the save button.

If someone clicks on the link you will earn a revenue per click, but only if you have signed up for the HubPages Earnings Program and activated your eBay account. You can do that here.
