Follow Me

Give it away, the love you receive from me.

Come follow me.

Give yourself away.

Come follow me.

Be my hands and feet.

Have my heart, a heart for others.

Come follow me.

Let the world see you allowing me to love them through you loving me because I love you.

Come follow me.

Show your neighbors I am.

Tell your friends I can.

I love them. They are mine.

I love you. You belong to me.

Come follow me.

Help the hurting to understand.

I know the sin they have.

I know the pain they endure.

Come follow me.

Let the Balm of Gilead flow through you to others that hold much sorrow.

Mend their brokenness.

Invite them to come.

Come follow me.

Nice poem, I liked it a lot.

Now, if others would take 'heed' to the message...

Very nice poem. It's always good to be reminded of what Jesus really did for us and what He wants us to do with that gift. Voted up, beautiful and interesting!

Thank you!

Whonu, Minnetonka,Chris, and Princess,

Thank you all for reading. I am overjoyed to read the words you have written in the comments that you will or are following Him too. Jesus has made my life so much more beautiful than anything I could've done on my own. I am so thankful for my hubpages friends. I really appreciate all the positive comments.

Wanna, Thanks for reading. God knew you needed this. He meets our needs where we are at. His death gives us freedom to live. Blessings to you.
