Emotionless man

Tell me what are you thinking

Are they the joys of a world?

Emotionless man

Tell me what is your being

And why are you the way you that are?

 

I know he’s been saying

Someday life will reach to me

I know he’s been saying

My dreams will come true

I know he’s been wondering

Do others feel this way?

I can tell you right now they do

 

Emotionless man

Tell me where are you going

Do you think that you’ll get there soon?

Emotionless man

Tell me what is your being

And why are you the way that you are?

I’ll be a Poetry Man for you baby

Do what I can to make all your dreams

I am what I am

But I’ll always go farther

Than the place where you think you see me.

I’ll write wonderful songs for you baby

‘cause you are the power

that sets my mind free

Without your love

I could never move onward

Instead a lonely man is what I would be.

I’ll live on forever in you baby

And although you’ll escape me

In time you will see

The love we shared

Can never be broken

And never forgotten - at least not by me.
