Glamor vs. Radiance

Radiance I know.

I see it in her each day.

Glamor is just show.

What defines a true leader? It isn't just charisma and sensing their power. It isn't just making us afraid so we are mobilized. It's being true, honest, fair, up front, and out front. This Haiku examines leadership.

win-winresources: That's Manolie after her birthday this month at age 76. I will tell her what you said, and it will make her feel still younger than she would have felt before I told her! She works out 2 hours per day (Zumba, Core, Boot Camp, Laotian Yoga, Chi Gong, etc.)

Sunshine625: Sometime get her DVD on "Walking Mediation". She did the whole DVD in one photo shoot and was just beginning to glisten (about as close as she comes to sweating) as she finished up!

Your right glamor is all show and boy, do I hope I'm as radiant and as young looking as Manolie when I reach her age.

Radiance comes from within! Beautiful 'insight' sir!

ImKarn23: Good play on words, but so true. We may indeed start with it there, but it can get lost and need to be put back. Sincere, joyous smiles can light up a room. Radiance keeps the glow on.
