A Haiku - Humility
Are there going to be arrogant people in Heaven?
The secret to humility just may be failure.
Broken heart needed.
Contrite spirit needed, too.
Pride too high won't do.
I've tried lots of things.
Prayed to know His choice for me.
"Plant seeds that will grow."
Made "fishers of men",
Not fishes, not crops, but souls.
His will I will do.
A senior partner,
An easy yoke, shared burdens.
A younger brother.
A broken heart found,
Still beats strong, now happy too.
One soul leading on.
May my strength endure.
May my love be more perfect.
May I serve well, Lord.

What defines a true leader? It isn't just charisma and sensing their power. It isn't just making us afraid so we are mobilized. It's being true, honest, fair, up front, and out front. This Haiku examines leadership.
Old habits are keeping us from realizing our potential for longer, happier lives. Being better informed means nothing, if we are too stubborn or too lazy to make some needed changes.
