A Multipurpose Universe

Watch your step...you never know where you might trip...a fall into a future or past destination of recollective maybes,

The resonance of the frequencies that travel through your body on any given notice...you were here now your there,

There was one time you saw your age was just a young vitality...but the future holds age as a dying prospect for afterlife potentials,

What is the world after the next...a detriment or a flourishing studio of artistic colors and vibrant sounds.

There was a moment where you stood in a society of needs and wants...of me...mine...not yours...oh what a time,

War stood still just long enough for a diplomat to make his statement before the trenches filled once again,

Rather something began to change...the winds maybe...th oxygen intake just slight thinner as age begins to succeed,

So many humans simply cheating the sociological revelations of future generations of individuals to come.

How sad it must be really...part time jobs expiring month to month...bounced checks in every crevice of society,

The mere thought of shelter loss or food shortages sending thousands to duck and flee...food stamp revolutions,

Simple questions of government stability in every sector of the world...what if...why not...how come...maybe they already asked,

Planetary shifts...nuclear fallouts...tsunami rush of monsoon proportions...backward thoughts of straight forward clause.

Then time changes...oh what just happened...animals exiting their humble abodes seeking more to eat...more than caged existences,

Do humans not know the true severity of the situation...other species secretly marking their plot for future worlds,

It does not counter lightly in our thoughts...the small dilemma of species not needed by our industrial powers,

So we simply wipe away all not wanted...seeking to self control every aspect of nature...too bad it's just another multiverse dimension.

Couple of hours ago I read your work in your ezine. Your humility and passion impressed me a lot. In this poetry I loved your quest for truth.

Thank you, I just feel as though nothing is truly as it seems. The world in itself is falling from the once graceful stride it used to hold steady, and this poem I tried to show that other times have been better and worse off.

Thank you, I truly believe age is just a moment in time, in which the afterlife and ever after is the start of great new beginnings.
