A Piece of Life

Just a piece

Today, I like to share with you a little something that is bigger than life. Life is big. And life is bigger. What makes it big is something you can't find and hold physically. That something within dwells being felt and thought of. I hope you find that piece, that piece of life.

Just a piece of bread

to prolong life,

Just a piece of knowledge

to cultivate life,

Just a piece of strength

to go on living,

Just a piece of love

to make life worth living,

Just a piece of hope

to make life more beautiful.

And when you find that piece inside, hopefully peace proceeds and abounds.

It's the little things in life that we take for granted that actually give meaning to life. This poem, short yet so meaningful... bread to nourish the body, knowledge to feed the mind, the strength to move on and the virtue of LOVE that holds in all together.

SilentReed: Really, life is material and essential when you see with our inner eyes the beautiful things in you and around you. Life is never ugly, only we make it ugly. It is beautiful, its intentions and everything about it.
