Every morning when we wake,

A smile you put upon my face,

Our days are better than before

No one else could take your place.

My breath has been taken away,

By the kind words you say each day.

My heart is full of love for you

My love for you is pure and true.

Look into my eyes and you will see,

A reflection of you, that's there as part of me.

Now take one more look and you will find,

The love I have for you so dear, and so kind.

Your the one that I adore,

I'll be yours now and forevermore.

Our love you see, was meant to be,

A love that's alive, so happy, so free.

I will  carry your love every day,

In a special place inside my heart,

Because now your world is a part of mine

It has been there right from the start.

As we've walked many paths together,

We've had challenges in our lives.

I feel both blessed and privileged,

That you chose me to be your wife.

I truely love the way you put the feel of love and emotion so delecately in the poem. I do believe in true love and its obvious that you have it. Thank you for writting such a nice poem.

This is a wonderful poem filled with a lot of sentiment. I sensed a bit of a flow issue as I read it but maybe it was me and there really is no flow issue after all. I enjoyed it regardless and think you did a fine job with it.

I noticed that some of your stanzas did not have a line break between them. And I really wish those ads in between your poem weren't there because they threw me off. I thought your poem was just four lines only to find that there was much more to the poem. Hopefully there is a way to get them out of there.

Thanks for sharing and please keep on writing.

All the best,
