A Tribute To A Very Dear Friend
How sad it was to hear of the passing of fellow writer and dear friend Dusty Tibbs.
Dusty lived in Arizona on his secluded ranch with his Rottweilers and horses.
There have been many tributes to him already and many more to follow I am sure.
We kept in touch through our writing and emails;one day he sent me a lengthy email covering his younger years and some very special moments of how he had cared for others.
I realised through these just what a wonderfully kind hearted man he really was.Dusty had a big heart and a kind character.I refer to my friend as a character because this is just what he was.Larger than life ; unique hardworking with goodness ,love and sincerity flowing through him.
His own little corner of his world he loved and through his many stories of his every day life that we all came to love him.
A Song For Dusty: "I Did It My Way".
Dusty Tibbs my friend
United we share our love of you
So special;so unique;so treasured.
There your stood larger than life
Your strength;sincerity;compassion and true heart one from you.
Thank you for being a part of our lives
I we will miss you so
Beauty shone from your wonderful heart
Beside us you will always be
So special you were to us all!!
Haiku:In Eternal Peace.
Oh I know for sure
An angel has heaven gained
In eternal peace.
Such beauty shining through
A warmer heart could never be
A life so filled with compassion and care
Your shining light will guide us all
You will be so missed
Verse:Like Our Friend Dusty.
Look up to heaven
Look at the new star
Look up with fondness
At our friend Dusty.
Remember with fondness

Remember with love
Yes our friend Dusty.
Let us try to follow
Let us try to share
Let us live our lives
Like our friend Dusty.
I shall remember you with pride and fondness as you shine your guiding light on us all.You are in our hearts to stay.
