A Poem- I Gave You

I gave you my heart and

you gave me the finger

I gave you my soul

in the cold of winter

I gave you my emotions

but you used it like tokens

and through it away

I gave you my fears

but it never mattered

through all these years

You never loved me the same

it was all a silly game

I got caught up in

I realized now, I just can't win

I gave you my all

just to see it all fall

by the waste side

How could I be so stupid?
